Job Description
The Client Success Consultant will work with sales, customer success, and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our SaaS platform for our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or consulting (ideally in SaaS)
- Experience in the mining industry will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (desired)
- Proven track record in implementing complex software solutions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in technology and quick learning of new tools
- Experience in global environments and collaboration with different time zones
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (oral and written)
- Spanish is highly desirable
