CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Global Vice President of Revenue Operations to serve as the strategic architect and operational leader of our revenue engine.
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or sales leadership roles, with at least 8 years in senior revenue operations leadership positions
- Proven track record building and scaling revenue operations functions in high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally with experience supporting organizations generating $500M+ in annual revenue
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce (including advanced configuration, automation, and reporting), with Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification highly valued
- Strong technical fluency with revenue operations technology stack including sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft), revenue intelligence tools (Clari, Gong), CPQ systems, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with experience using SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and building sophisticated revenue models and forecasts
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger), sales cycle optimization, and best practices for complex B2B sales environments
- Exceptional executive presence with ability to present complex analyses and recommendations to board members, investors, and C-suite executives with clarity and confidence
- Proven change management capabilities with experience leading large-scale operational transformations, process redesigns, and technology implementations in dynamic environments
- Strategic mindset balanced with operational excellence and hands-on execution capabilities—able to define vision while rolling up sleeves to drive implementation
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (Business, Engineering, Data Science) preferred
