Job Description
Cornerstone Servicing is seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant with strong time management skills, organization, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, professional, and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years prior experience in an Office Manager or Executive Assistant role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc,)
- Previous supervisor/leadership experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously through to completion
- Any finance industry knowledge is a plus
