Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Compliance Specialist to process Affordable Housing rental applications, maintain resident files, and ensure timely completion of Tax Credit certifications. The ideal candidate has experience with LIHTC paperwork and strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Processing Affordable Housing rental applications
- Maintaining and setting up resident files
- Processing and submitting Tax Credit annual income re-certifications
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of Tax Credit annual recertifications and move-ins
- Verifying income/rental history/assets for all applicants and residents
- Scheduling Move-In and Recertification appointments
- Maintaining neat, organized files, storage, and workspace
- Ensuring regular and predictable attendance
- Performing other duties and assignments as assigned
