Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on supervisor responsible for leading the efforts of the maintenance team to ensure the property is in top condition. Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ general residential maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience.
• HVAC Certification
• Pool Certification
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-call as scheduled and work weekends and after hours as necessary.
