Job Description
The Property Manager is a business leader who focuses on resident customer service and manages operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for an assigned residential property.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years' experience as multi-family property manager for HUD/LIHTC property
- HUD and Tax Credit Section 42 experience required
- Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver's license
- Proven ability to market properties
- Strong communication and customer service skills
