IT Engineer

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day IT support for manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting production uptime and MES performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with manufacturing processes.
• Identify and implement MES improvements to enhance TAU and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to align MES capabilities with business needs.
• Lead and support IT-driven cost reduction and process improvement projects.
• Analyze current systems and propose innovative solutions to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Support and manage LAN, VLAN configurations, and firewall policies.
• Ensure network reliability, security, and scalability to meet manufacturing demands.
• Develop and support custom applications and automation tools using Python,.NET / C#, Go, Java, JavaScript / Node.js, Microsoft Power Apps.
• Integrate solutions with MES and other manufacturing systems to streamline operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
