Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree preferred
- At least five years of direct or indirect business development experience
- At least five years working with and understanding customers and applications within the Aerospace & Defense and/or Hyperspectral markets preferred
- Ability to bridge technical know-how and customer relationships across different levels
- Collaborative leadership and business acumen
- Ability to work in a cross functional and cross divisional team
- Proficient use of PC software such as power point, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics based on customer and market environment
- Ability to work effectively with both external and internal environments with limited supervision
