
Job description
As a Business Development Associate, you will collaborate with a high-performing sales team to foster new business opportunities in North America within the foreign exchange arena. You will report directly to the Director of Business Development and regularly collaborate with account managers and other sales team members to deliver currency risk management and global payment solutions.
You will be responsible for positioning conversations towards business owners, C-suite executives, and finance leaders, articulating customized solutions for their currency risk management and global payment needs. You will also be tasked with a high volume of daily outreach to potential customers, engaging in cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify and book meetings with new leads, or disqualify them as needed.
