Foundation Risk Partners is hiring a Business Development Representative to join their Corporate Synergies team in Camden, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments for Outside Sales Representatives, and driving the initial stages of the sales process.

Requirements

• Formal sales training
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales role
• Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
