Job Description
We are adding an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant to our Corporate Synergies team in the Philly Metro Region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of selling B2B solutions to C-suite executives and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Requirements
- Establish and build strong, integrity-based relationships with C-level managers for companies of 100 employees plus
- Identify new potential clients and develop strategies to convert them to FRP clients
- Meet or exceed set annual sales goals
