COTE is a Korean Steakhouse in New York City that is looking for a Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will be responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating delicious dishes while maintaining clean and orderly kitchen and BOH areas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Culinary Arts degree preferred
- Familiarity with Korean cuisine preferred
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to execute recipes and service in adherence with company policy
- Proficient knife-handling skills
