Job Description
Cottonwood Residential is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician at Park at Oak Ridge Apartments in Greensboro, NC. The role involves performing repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work as an on-call technician and provide after-hours emergency service
- EPA certification Type II or Universal
- CPO certification
- Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
- Valid Driver's License
