Job Description
Cottonwood Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Cottonwood Reserve Apartments in Charlotte, NC. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to create an unforgettable experience for customers.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends
- Perform repairs that may include plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry work
- EPA certification Type II or Universal is required
- CPO certification is a plus
- Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
- Valid Driver's License is required
