Maintenance Technician

Cottonwood Residential is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team at Park at Midtown Apartments in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• CPO certification (plus)
• Valid Driver's License
