Host/Hostess

This is a full-service hospitality position as a Hostess for a restaurant. The Hostess is responsible for greeting, seating, and assisting guests, ensuring high-end service and attention. Duties include managing guest flow, assisting with basic needs, maintaining restrooms, and resolving guest concerns. The position requires flexibility and availability to work all shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 16 years of age
• Customer service oriented, with a friendly and hospitality personality
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team
• Availability to work all shifts required
• Must be able to lift up to 25#, memorize table numbers and server's names.
• Must be able to reach, bend, lift, carry and wipe.
• Reading and writing skills are required.
• Walking and standing while cleaning and performing duties.
