Job Description
Coupa is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in the Japan region through strategic marketing plans, event management, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in regional marketing and be proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager
- Experience with organizing local and regional events in Japan
- Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo)
- Fluent Japanese with strong business-level English written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident on a tradeshow booth to assist in our Product pitch
- High degree of initiative and organization to drive projects to completion
- A well-rounded, modern marketer, who is self-motivated and unafraid to take action
- Strong communicator and creative thinker
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
