As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategies to drive new business opportunities across multiple regions, managing a team of BDRs, and overseeing operational logistics within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a project or people management position.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
