Join CoVantage Credit Union as a Virtual Interpreter Specialist 1, providing exceptional service by interpreting conversations, assisting with accounts, and ensuring every member feels understood, confident, and valued.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass credit union fluency testing
- Working knowledge of English and secondary language
- Minimum 1 year experience as interpreter (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year related experience or Associate's Degree
- General knowledge of the credit union and its services (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs
