CoVantage is seeking a full-time Virtual Specialist to work onsite at our Antigo, De Pere, Neenah or Wausau branch. Become a Virtual Specialist and deliver an outstanding experience to our members seeking service by phone call and online channels.

Requirements

• Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more.
• Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships.
• Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate.
• Provide efficient and professional service to members.
• Maintain member confidentiality.
