Job Description
Weâre looking for a Paralegal who thrives on variety, loves to solve problems, and finds satisfaction in bringing clarity to complex situations. This position can be based out of the Antigo, De Pere, Neenah, or New Lenox (IL) branch. Youâll collaborate closely with our Assistant General Counsel and teams across the credit union, helping reduce risk, strengthen processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of important legal documentation.
Requirements
- Conduct legal research and assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, memos, and other legal documents.
- Support litigation, disputes, collections, subpoenas, and regulatory filings by gathering information and maintaining organized case files.
- Collaborate with departments across the credit union and with outside counsel to move legal projects forward efficiently.
- Help improve legal processes, templates, and workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Provide guidance to staff on legal and compliance requirements and support vendor contract management.
- Assist with investigations, probate matters, and employmentârelated documentation as needed.
