Job Description
IT Support Specialist position responsible for providing management information system user support, troubleshooting end-user problems, and maintaining business applications and critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of emerging IT technologies and be able to learn and adapt quickly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of IT support and management experience
- Professional certification (e.g. A+, Network+, Cloud+ or equivalent)
- Experience with ServiceNow and AWS CLI
- Knowledge of desktop computer hardware, operating systems, and application software
- Ability to detect emerging trends and make recommendations for change
