Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Presales professional
• Experience supporting CX, customer service, support, or knowledge management use cases
• Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and search-related models
• Programming familiarity (Python, JavaScript) and experience working with APIs
• Ability to navigate medium and large enterprises with ease
• Consultative mindset and excellent storytelling and technical communication skills
