The Senior Solution Engineer will partner with prospects to showcase transformative AI and shape smarter customer experiences. They will guide customers in understanding Coveo's Service & Knowledge solutions and conduct technical discovery to assess fit and capture requirements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Presales professional (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant)
- Experience supporting CX, customer service, support, or knowledge management use cases
- Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and search-related models
- Programming familiarity (Python, JavaScript) and experience working with APIs
- Ability to navigate medium and large enterprises with ease
- A consultative mindset backed by excellent storytelling and technical communication skills
- Experience representing the voice of the customer to product teams
- Comfortable with travel up to 30–50%
