The role requires creating strong relationships with stakeholders, managing high-volume portfolios, and driving activation and expansion. Key responsibilities include partner onboarding, engagement, and growth, as well as providing first-level support and building trust with partners.
Requirements
- Experience in a B2B Client facing role
- Ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders in a growth environment
- Strong work method to organize and prioritise a full cycle of task
- Comfortable managing high-volume portfolios with clear prioritisation
- Strong execution mindset: you ship, follow up, and close loops
- Comfortable working with data, processes, and metrics
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English (internally, we communicate exclusively in English)
