Job Description
The Business Planning Manager role defines, manages, and evaluates business planning to ensure operational execution against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop business planning and support data-driven models.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in an Operational / Business / Finance Analyst role or similar
- Commercial awareness and ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- Strong business mindset with a 'run to the fire' attitude
- Professional maturity, intellectual curiosity, accountability, and positive approach
- Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling
- Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel experience and AI interest
- Power BI / Automation skills, Salesforce.com and Anaplan experience an advantage
- Fluent English essential and additional Europe, Middle East and Africa region languages an advantage
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Developed leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and management
