Business Planning Manager II

Business Planning Manager II responsible for defining, managing, and evaluating business planning to ensure operational execution against strategic objectives, leading cross-functional teams, and developing data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure financial value.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an Operational / Business / Finance Analyst role or similar
• Commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross functional teams
• Strong business mindset, with a 'run to the fire' attitude
• Professional maturity, intellectual curiosity, accountability, and positive approach
• Extensive knowledge of research methodology for key business topics
• Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
• Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis
• Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling
• Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with PowerPoint, advanced Excel experience, and AI interest
• Power BI / Automation skills, Salesforce.com and Anaplan experience would be an advantage
• Fluent English essential and additional Europe, Middle East and Africa region languages an advantage
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
• Developed leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and management
