The ideal candidate will live in CT/MA and have 8+ years of progressive experience in sales and service, automotive, auction, wholesale internet sales. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of progressive experience in sales and service, automotive, auction, wholesale internet sales, and at least 3 years’ experience in a management/leadership role with a proven track record of success. The salary range is $85,500.00 - $128,300.00, and the role includes a base salary, annual incentive/commission target of $40,000.00, and benefits such as vacation time, paid holidays, and paid wellness.
