Chief Revenue Officer

CPI Security seeks a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer to lead the company through its next phase of strategic growth, driving revenue acceleration, customer acquisition, and market expansion across residential, builder, and commercial channels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of executive-level experience in sales, business development, or growth leadership
• Demonstrated success in scaling revenue across multiple business lines (residential, builder, commercial)
• Direct experience with mergers and acquisitions, including sourcing, evaluating, and integrating acquired companies
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, sales strategy, customer acquisition, and go-to-market frameworks
• Proven ability to lead large teams, develop talent, and inspire high performance
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
