Field Service Engineer (Coffee)

A Coffee Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing commercial and domestic coffee machines at client sites.

Requirements

• Technical skills in electrical or mechanical maintenance, preferably with coffee machines or similar equipment.
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Good time management and record-keeping abilities.
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work unsociable hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.
