Field Service Engineer (Coffee)

A Coffee Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing commercial and domestic coffee machines at client sites, requiring technical expertise, customer service skills, and a passion for coffee equipment.

Requirements

• Installation of coffee machines and related equipment
• Maintenance of coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment
• Repairs of mechanical issues on-site or in the workshop
• Customer Support through technical advice and guidance
• Documentation of service reports and record-keeping
• Stock Management of van stock levels and ordering replacement parts
• Health & Safety adherence to regulations and company policies
• Relationship Management with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Travel between multiple client sites daily
