Requirements
- Installation of coffee machines and related equipment
- Maintenance of coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment
- Repairs of mechanical issues on-site or in the workshop
- Customer Support through technical advice and guidance
- Documentation of service reports and record-keeping
- Stock Management of van stock levels and ordering replacement parts
- Health & Safety adherence to regulations and company policies
- Relationship Management with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Travel between multiple client sites daily
