Training & Performance Specialist - Second Shift

Maintains records of training activities and training needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements. Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results. Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms. Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Leadership Development Program and Talent Management Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience
• Experience in logistics industry preferred
