Occupational Therapist consistent PRN

Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist for their Skilled Nursing Facility in Middletown, IN. The role involves providing patient-centered care, utilizing therapeutic procedures to address patient deficits in daily living and work, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The OT will manage treatment, delegate care, and ensure quality therapy.

Requirements

• Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and five years of direct practice experience.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
• Demonstrated competency in applying principles and methods of Occupational Therapy.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adequate computer skills for documentation.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and develop a comprehensive care plan.
