Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide patient-centered care in an acute care setting. The position involves evaluating, treating, and educating patients with a focus on improving communication and independence. The SLP will participate in interdisciplinary teams and maintain clinical accuracy.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Adequate computer skills
- Demonstrated competency in applying principles, methods, materials and equipment used in speech therapy
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
