Human Resources Coordinator - On Site

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in both the operational and strategic functions of the HR department, responsible for coordinating and executing HR processes while exercising independent judgment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, critical thinking skills, interpersonal and communication abilities, organizational skills, and exhibit high attention to detail and handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR or related roles with a mix of administrative and strategic responsibilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with HRIS systems, survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
