We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records and HRIS data integrity, and providing administrative and operational support to the HR Team.
Requirements
- 1+ years of previous work experience working as an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar position.
- Relevant HR Certification (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Familiarity with using social media for recruiting, resume databases, and professional networks
