Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as an important point of contact for HR-related questions, onboarding support, employee records, compliance tracking, unemployment claims, insurance documentation, safety committee participation, and general HR administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a related administrative HR role.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and general HR administration.
• Experience using an HRIS system required; Paylocity and/or UKG experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with employees, candidates, managers, vendors, and external agencies.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
