The Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational tasks and responsibilities of the community. This position will not only assist with administrative duties, but will also support leasing, marketing, training and customer service initiatives to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention and leasing goals and objectives.
