Job Description
CrescentCare seeks a Community Health Worker to support its efforts in Ending the HIV epidemic through programming related to the prevention of HIV, focusing on pre-exposure prophylaxes (PrEP), accessing PrEP, performing testing services, and educating community on prevention activities and clinic services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' work experience with priority populations at high risk for HIV and Hepatitis C, required
- or Bachelors and competency with excel/data entry/computer literacy.
- Comparable education and experience will be considered
