Cresta is on a mission to turn every customer conversation into a competitive advantage by unlocking the true potential of the contact center. We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Romania, the US, and Canada to build and continuously improve the Cresta platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in relevant domains
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining clear and robust APIs
- Experience handling real-time streaming data
- Familiarity with high-performance database schema design and query optimization
- Experience with containerized application deployment using Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
