Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Engineering Division at Crestron Electronics, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a polished, proactive, and professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and leadership skills. In this role, you will assist with all aspects of the HR function, including benefits, leave administration, payroll, and recruitment, to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Requirements

• BA/BS in HR or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist capacity
• Business savvy and knowledge to partner with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively
