Job Description
The Staff Development Coordinator develops, implements, and evaluates all orientation and educational programs for all departments within the facility at Crestwood's Kingsburg Healing Center. The role requires working with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of full-time experience planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in a healthcare setting
- Supervisory abilities
- 2 years of employment with Crestwood as a Recovery Coach, Service Coordinator, or other applicable role
- Training certification preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
