Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of full-time experience planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in a healthcare setting, or two years of employment with Crestwood as a Recovery Coach, Service Coordinator, or other applicable role.
• Training certification preferred, CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
