Property Condition Assessment (PCA) - Contractor

We are looking for contractors to evaluate the physical condition of commercial real estate properties and prepare PCA reports. This role involves site visits, observing building systems, identifying maintenance needs, and generating comprehensive reports. The ideal contractor will have 5+ years CRE PCA experience conducting field work and writing reports to the ASTM E2018 Standard.

Requirements

• 5+ years evaluating commercial properties
• Proven experience as a Property Condition Assessor, Commercial Inspector, or in a similar role within commercial real estate
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems, construction methods, and property maintenance requirements
• Ability to create clear, comprehensive, and professional reports
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline (preferred)
