Property Condition Assessment (PCA) - Contractor

We are looking for a contractor to conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for commercial real estate properties, evaluating physical condition, identifying maintenance needs, and preparing formal reports. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in CRE PCA and excellent writing and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years evaluating commercial properties
• Proven experience as a Property Condition Assessor, Commercial Inspector, or in a similar role within commercial real estate
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline (preferred)
• Creating formal PCA reports conforming to ASTM standards (preferred)
