As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CrewBloom, you will be responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process through proactive outreach strategies, generating qualified leads that will contribute to our overall sales success.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience
- Prior sales experience in the flower business or floral market or trade
- B2B or B2C experience
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging approach
- Ability to research and identify potential clients and tailor outreach according to their needs
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps
- Primary device with at least Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) processor and 8 GB RAM
- Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor
