Our company, Crisis Prevention Institute Inc., is a leader in evidence-based de-escalation and crisis prevention training and dementia care services. We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive II to drive our growth in the education and healthcare markets through strategic sales initiatives and executive-level partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Three or more years of successful sales experience
- Proven track record of success in a ‘hunter’ sales role, with verifiable new business wins
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Maintain a clean driving record

- $85,000 annual base
- On target earnings of $137,500 (base + uncapped commissions)
