CNK Law Firm is a dedicated immigration law firm seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join their team. The role is pivotal to delivering exceptional client service and legal representation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing motions, applications, and hearings, and will directly impact clients' paths to achieving their immigration goals.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal
- Strong follow-through and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in Docketwise and Google Workspace
- Ability to draft motions/briefs and assemble complete, well-supported filings
