Paralegal

The firm seeks a skilled Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to support a high-volume attorney in the Atlanta office, managing case ownership, discovery drafting, and client communication while working in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Requirements

• Background and Experience: 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience in workers’ compensation strongly preferred.
• Strong personal injury litigation experience will be considered, especially where discovery and high-volume case management were core responsibilities.
• Exceptional candidates with 1 to 2 years of paralegal experience and a strong academic or professional track record may be considered, but they must demonstrate high capacity, maturity, and the ability to learn fast.
