We are looking for a high-performing and experienced Sales Manager to help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in Malaysia and the surrounding region. This role focuses on selling Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to customers in discrete manufacturing industries.
Requirements
- Own and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive MES adoption and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across technical, operational, and C-level stakeholders
- Conduct effective product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate closely with Presales, Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams
- Understand industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities (especially in high-tech industries such as semiconductor, electronics or other regulated complex manufacturing industries)
- Provide accurate forecasts and reporting, track performance against targets, and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows
- Work independently while staying aligned with company sales strategy
